How can you contact us?

What currency are prices listed in?

Prices are listed and billed in US Dollars.

However, you can list the currency in Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds, and Australian Dollars for your convenience as well.  In order to change the currency please refer to the drop down flag menu in the top right corner.

How much is the insured shipping?

We are currently running a promotion where shipping is FREE on 99% of our items for your convenience and piece of mind.  Generally, this depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.

How long is order processing?

Most orders are processed same business day.  However, depending on the season this process can take up to 3 days.

How long does my item take to ship?

We source our unique products from across the globe so shipping times can vary but we work to get them to you as quick as possible.  Usually you can expect to have your item arrive at your door within 7-21 business days.

However, we do ask that you allow up to 28 days just in case of delays for our South American and European friends.  If you can not wait that long please contact us or do not order.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to Canada, USA (mainland), UK, Australia, New Zealand, and several European and South American countries.

Do you supply tracking?

Yes, every order will have it's own unique tracking code to ensure the highest possibility that it arrives at your door.

I ordered 2 or more items, but only received one?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house and when you order multiple items they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next.

Where do we ship from?

We source our inventory from several locations within the US, Europe, and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles we have a centralized fulfillment center in Asia that all of our products ship from.

Lost or Stolen Packages?

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen or returned packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.

Will there be any duties/taxes on my package?

Due to the small stated value amounts entered by our fulfillment center it is not often that our customers receive duty/extra charges upon import. With that said every country reserves the right to charge tax on any imports, which is entirely out of our control.

In the rare event a charge occurs, customers are 100% responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that, the taxes, duties, or tariffs are not part of the shipping charges. It is not charged by us nor your post office. It is charged by your countries customs department. For an exact cost of these fees you should see your local post office or customs office. We will not responsible for such expenses under any circumstances.

Orders with incorrect address?

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.  Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!
